Building Intrigue in a Tray

This tray is meant to include an interactive element as well as play to the diners curious side. When food is passed with this tray, some Hors D’Oeuvres are covered by the mini cloches and some are exposed. The diners can lift the cloche themselves to reveal what is inside or choose the items that are uncovered.
