The Highline Tray

The Highline passes over New York City for 1.5 miles looking above the streets. That is how I imagined this tray, passing above party goers, moving between people to deliver delicious hors d’oeuvres. The tray is designed with cavities that can be filled with fresh herbs, spices, pebbles that contextualize the menu items on the tray similar to the Highline landscaping, that consists of native Yew York species that makes it a true New York City park. This tray will surely make the food and your event stand out!
